Sectors of Water, Oil, and Gas are now in place under my authority. My responsibilities include establishing and enforcing policies, procedures, and systems, as well as directing the organization's financial and operational performance. Participate actively in the creation and rollout of corporate policies and initiatives as a strategic partner. I assess the results of projects aimed at long-term expansion, as well as plans, new approaches, and regulatory measures. I help the Board of Directors and the leadership team gain respect and credibility by accurately analyzing financial trends and budgets. To boost the company's bottom line and overall efficiency, I design, develop, and execute new policies and practices. Within the senior leadership team, I am relied upon to provide experienced financial assistance and advice. By teaching several divisions and important members of corporate leadership, I can continuously enhance the planning and budgeting process. Together with the finance department.
In July 2020 I Established Water, Oil & Gas Sector. Plan, develop, implement, and direct the organization’s operational and fiscal function and performance. Act as a strategic partner by developing and implementing the company’s plans and programs. Analyse the effects of long-term growth initiatives, planning, new strategies, and regulatory actions. Perform accurate analysis of financial trends and budgets to help the BOD as well as the senior executives will increase credibility and authority. Implement, improve, and enforce policies and procedures that will increase the financial and operational effectiveness of the company.

. Desalination Plants
I founded the Engineering and Design Division. Each day, I oversaw the operations of the design team and distributed tasks among the members. I made sure all the drawings were expertly done and all the checks were thorough. I oversaw the upkeep and growth of the firm's engineering and design practices. I outlined requirements for clients' technical staff in terms of education and experience. I performed technical reviews of design and design contractors. Through my efforts, a standard of excellence was established and disseminated. I pioneered and advocated for the cultivation of technical best practices, as well as the conduct of standard research and the production of standard goods. I helped out with things like proposal writing and business development.
Provide and approved design, Engineering and technical documents for 13 mega projects with for different clients like, Saudi Aramco, Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC), National Water Company (NWC), Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY), Al Qassim Municipality and Jeddah Municipality as follows:
Saudi Aramco Projects:
Sea water R.O desalination plant with capacity 60, 000 m3/day.
Sewage treatment plant with capacity 40, 000 m3/day

Al Taif - Turbah project pump station and Tanks.
Industrial Energy City Feeder pipeline, pump station and Tanks project.
Al Qunfudah City Feeder pipeline, pump Station and Tanks projects.

NWC Projects
Lot 3 Design & Build 17 Storage tank, pipe connection and pump station.
Lot 4 Design & Build polishing treat water plant with capacity 115, 000 m3/day.

Storm water pipe line with 1 lift station in Margab and Al Shamas at Al Qassim Region.
Storm Water pipe line with 3 lift station in Al Sheqa’a at Al Qassim Region
Storm water pipe line UP03 at Jeddah City.
Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY).
RC108, the project include 4 storage tank, pump station.
• Working as Energy Manager, Implement ISO 50001, Energy management systems at NWC
• Improve and enhancement energy efficiency in the plants and equipment’s.
• Monitors the organization's energy usage.
• Develops and implements practices and procedures designed to reduce energy consumption.
• Improve efficiency of usage.
• Prepare annual budgets associated with conservation programs.
• May research alternative/renewable energy technologies and determine their feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversees daily activities of the plant production operations.
• Develops and manages production schedules to meet internal volume, cost and quality goals.
• Analyzes production metrics and makes recommendations for improvements and solutions to issues that are identified.
• Oversees staffing and development of all production supervisors and staff. Ensures safe operations and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Works with the Utilities Manager to manage, implement programs and projects aimed at achieving departmental mission and long-term objectives.
• Manages operations of plant performance.
• Monitoring and analyzes costs, prepares budgets and direct oversight of the plants.
• Identify operational and business risks and ensure that managed and/or escalated appropriately.
• Overseeing a number of activities simultaneously with differing aims and objectives
• Support Operation & Maintenance Business Unite, Executive Director and senior Operation & Maintenance Managers in Head Quarter and City Business Unites in the creation of real time performance reporting and analysis to understand status of operational business.
• Enhancement operation and maintenance process and procedure for plants.
• Establish and improve standard operation procedure for Plants.
• Oversees preparation of plans and specifications, engineering studies, cost estimates, and material procurement.
• Establish and implementation operation and maintenance manual.
• Provide engineering technical solve problem and technical services to support the construction, installation, repair, and maintenance of utility systems.
• Maintains cooperative relations and coordinates department activities with peer agencies and other departments.
• Communication, conducts research, compiles information, completes special projects and various reports, and makes presentations.
• Participates as a team member in the technical evaluation committee, tender negotiation process, initiative evaluation.
• Provide reports related to operation and maintenance progress in the plants.
• Optimization operation and maintenance activities in the plants.
• Performs related duties as assigned by my manager.
• Establish Project Management Manual with international consultant “Faithful+Gould” by using PMBOK Guide and Standards Project Management”
• Supervision and Follow up Implementing Project Management Manual with international consultant “AECOM” in 5 Mega project in NWC by implemented (Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, HR, Communication, Risk, Procurement and Stakeholder).
• Support the projects managers in their queries successfully manage their projects.
• Provide report related to the project progress, Status, Level of achievement of the projects objectives, resources usages, positional risk and issues.
• Manage and monitor the preparation of the engineering designs, engineering studies, and technical specifications, issue and review of engineering drawings/ documents for and provide value added engineering and technical support.
• Oversee the development of projects from design to delivery.
• Oversees the implementation approved engineering guidelines and technical specifications in the NWC.
• Maintain the project management system and ensure its continual improvement, in accordance with ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001.
• Assist and direct design office department with drawings, technical requirements and processes.
• Assistance to the Technical Standards Specialist with procurement and maintenance of design office standards, codes of practice, municipal regulations, applicable by-laws, specifications, package designs and similar necessary documents.
• Active participation in the NWC Technical Standards Committee.
• Coordination and negotiation with Municipal Departments regarding design approvals.
• Review and recommendation of field design change submissions.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager of Asset Services.
• Manage and oversees aspects of a project to ensure completed on time and within budget.
• Overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing and outside vendors, and contractual deliverable.
• Prepare stats reports and other performance reports for the upper management and different stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to get sign offs on project plans, scope and delivery timelines.
• Prepare Project plans, detailing all the activities that are to be done in the project and determining the deliverables to be produced out of the project.
• Identify and document business requirements, scope the project purpose, phasing the project
• Negotiate with vendors and follow the vendor selection process
• Determine the cost of the project, Prepare budget and approval requests, monitor the spending and perform variance analysis
• Control, handle changes, producing the deliverables and for executing the project
• Coordinate with other departments/section and ensure smooth relationship
• Identify the risk elements in carrying our project and propose risk mitigation measures.
• Review and approval technical submittal and drawing.
• Assists in technical evaluation of potential bidders for design contracts and recommends short-lists of qualified contractors.
• Obtains client approval for completed Request for Proposal and bidder shortlists.
• Participates in the evaluation of bids received, and in recommending the selection of Contractor
• Participates in final negotiations to determine final terms of contract. Represents company in signing Summary Memorandum of Negotiations, and obtains approved Notice to Proceed.
