Lead efforts and work closely with business partners and solution providers on implementing and rolling out business applications across Hikma Group, including:
1. SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
2. Oracle CRM and Pitcher CLM
3. Amplexor/Documentum QMS, RIM, R&D
4. SAP Concur
5. Tableau and Power BI
6. and others.
In addition to my formal role, I directly worked on establishing the Group IT PMO, Organizational Change Management methodology, and maintained the Global IT Roadmap.
In various capacities, I supported efforts to establish Group IT Risk Management, InfoSec, Master Data Management, and other key IT initiatives.
- Participate in setting business strategic goals and operational governance processes as a member of the senior management team.
- Lead and and align IT strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals.
- Implemented ERP system, SharePoint, Business Intelligence, and Mobility applications.
- Develop and maintain an IT organizational unit that supports the needs of the business.
- Establish IT departmental goals, objectives, and operational procedures.
- Identify opportunities with appropriate and cost-effective investment, including staffing, sourcing, purchasing, and in-house development.
- Develop, track, and control the IT annual operating and capital budgets.
- Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analysis for IT spending and initiatives.
- Coordinate and facilitate consultation with stakeholders to define business and system requirements for new technology implementations.
- Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of service level agreements with end users and monitoring of IT systems performance.
- Keep current with trends and issues in the IT industry, including current technologies and prices. Advise, counsel, and educate executives and management on their competitive or financial impact.
- Manage and direct technology strategy, operations, infrastructure, and budget within the group.
- Established R&D unit, delivering project and content management platform "Projexa", in addition to eCommerce and websites design and development.
- Manage the development life cycle and roadmap of Dictionary Management Systems programs
- Manage development of device specific tools, extracts, conversion and cleansing tools for electronic and embedded databases.
- Direct and manage the production life cycle of printed dictionaries.
