Management Accounting
● Record journal entries, prepare a trial balance, and reconcile entries.
● Summarize financial status by collecting information and preparing income statement.
● Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and analyze operational cost to ensure adherence to budget.
● Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for management review.
Accounts Receivable
● Collect on accounts by sending invoice reminders and communication for follow up.
● Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Accounts Payable
● Assemble, review and verify invoices, check requests, resolve invoices discrepancies and set invoices up for payment.
● Reconcile accounts payable transactions and monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
Auditing & Process Improvement
● Conduct internal audit to verify that financial reports and records are accurate and reliable
● Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
