Fix Hardware and Software problems.
Manage problems within agreed time frame. Create reports for corrective enhancement. Provide hands on and remote troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and upgrade of IT hardware and software. Maintains team queues by actively communicating with the customers and peers. Other duties as assigned.
