•Manage the outlook and calendar of the Directors.
•Co-ordinate with the departments’ management on achieving the monthly targets and objectives.
•Handling Department recruitments in co-ordination with Human Recourses Group.

•Support marketing activities and ensure that marketing/product materials comply with regulatory standards.
•Write up and translate marketing materials from English to Arabic and vice versa.
•Follow-up with Marketing and Advertising agencies on Retail products brochures and marketing print items.
•Prepare the content of emailers and bulletins.
•Undertake special projects as required or any other duties assigned by the Directors.
•Compile and consolidate various reports onto a PowerPoint presentation which is then submitted to the Directors for onward submission to the Maneger Director.
•Coordinating with other departments to ensure that various activities and projects related to my units are implemented well.
•Liaise with other units to ensure that required reports are submitted within set time schedule to the Management.
•Maintain utmost confidentiality of all the information and create a secured filing system.
•Arrange for tests and interviews of candidates, prepare interview report and raise the recruitment requisition form for Management approval.
•Coordinate with the new staff and trainees for their requirements in terms of orientations and necessary trainings required and liaising with training department and other units in this regard.
•Maintain business schedule for the Managers, organizing their diaries and making their appointments
•Prepare Managers and staff stationary requisitions to administration departments.
•Raising the procurement requests on Oracle and staff IT requests to ITD and handling the follow up.
•Greet and assist visitors, customers and internal bank staff.
•Open and distribute incoming mail, handling outgoing mail and prepare daily mail statements.
•Assist in the translation of defaulters’ account statements, SMS messages, and some projects web contents.
•Making the call backs to the customers who recently opened accounts at NBAD to be sure about the quality of service that was provided to them during opening their accounts.

•Meet the clients to understand their requirements and provide them with samples.
•Writeup for advertising and communications’ material such as brochures, flyers, leaflets and others.
•Provide marketing plans to the designers for implementation.
•Review all the material before sending them to the printing press.
•Follow up with the designers and printing people to deliver the items and close the job on time.
•Assist in maintaining the budget planning .
•Provide Manager with information related to operational and staff matters.
•Maintain staff files and ensure that any commendation or warning issues to staff are filed in their respective files.
•Prepare memos, letters, schedules or correspondences originated by Manager.
•Maintain diary system for proper follow-up.
•Maintain employees leave record & register.
•Manage Petty Cash and prepare purchase orders.
•Handle all confidential matters of Management.
