• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support.
• AutoCAD Design for Low Current systems (Access control, CCTV, Intrusion Alarm, Fire Alarm System, Sound System)
• Designing Estimation & Pricing complete security systems.
• Follow up with the team to minimize the resolution time of the cases and help when needed.
• Draw an initial channels diagram with customer requirements and follow up with the customer for case closure, and any Scope of work required.

• Coordination between a client and manufacturer for the most suitable working design.
• Prepare offers and contracts, prepare all bid bond, performance bond, maintenance bond, and follow up the payments with the clients.
• Maintenance works on hydraulic valves, pumps, and after sale support.
• Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs, and to determine system requirements.
• Maintain sales forecasting reports.
• Periodic visit to customer’s sites.
• Provide technical and non-technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
