• To Carry out Analysis and Evaluation of Financial Performance of all Strategic Business Units to Recommend with drawing of Investments from Non-performing units and Commiting to those that are Consistently Profitable
• To Ensure High Degree of Operational Efficieny and Professionalism in Finance, Accounting, Management Accounting, Treasury and Analysis Sections Supervised for Maintaining Accurate &Reliable Books of Accounts of all Transactions
