Project Summary : Installing new Ammonia plant over 3000 Kw, IQF, Cold Stores and Production Line.
 Adapt to and follow the project management model; provide direction and instruction to installation
project, installers; oversee the installation process; and ensure jobs are completed professionally
and profitably according to the standards of the Company and in a timely manner.
 Site management and coordination between all site contractors “Civil, Steel, Refrigeration, Panel,
Electromechanical, ….etc”.
 Attend all job progress meetings to assure projects are staying on schedule and profitable. Develop
any correspondence associated with meetings.
 Training, evaluating and upgrading staff, and resolve personnel grievances.
 Manage the execution of the project in co-ordination with the site engineers, site supervisors and
sub-contractors.
Refrigeration Section Head (Aug. 2018 to Jan.2020)
 Servicing Ammonia plant with 850 Kw, IQF, Cold store and several commercial units.
 Ensure that all preventive maintenance are made on time based on products maintenance sheets.
 Trouble shooting and inspections of industrial refrigeration plant.
 Documents completed work timely, clear and concise in service reports.
 Produces high quality and detailed written reports to Factory Manager.

Accurately estimated time and materials costs for projects.
 Make schedule plan for new projects to achieve the best time frame for each.
 Consistently assumed additional responsibilities and worked extended hours to meet
project deadlines.
 Coordinated with the other sector directors as a one chain to achieve the general
company targets.
 Directing the operations activities within the Installation area to achieve the project
goals: cost, quality, time and safety.
 Responsible for the efficient and safe operating of the teams at site and office.
 Training, evaluating, and upgrading staff, and resolve personnel grievances.
 Increasing workers motivation and productivity by improving the evaluation system.
 Conducting doing site surveys to identify issues and provide solutions of the same.
 Supported Chief Operating Officer with daily operational functions.

Design and Shop Drawing for different electrical systems such as: Light, Power, FCU and Light current \[Fire alarm &MATV &TEL. &Data &security\] systems.
