Underwrite all motor classes within authority levels, risk appetite and performance guidelines.
Maintain existing and develop new relationships with clients, agents and brokers.
Receive insurance proposals from clients and review the rates and convey the same to the clients.
Issue motor policies and enter data into the computer system and make necessary corrections.
Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues upon referral.
Assure and contribute to the completion of monthly reports on business key performance indicators.
Preparing special quotes for fleet insurance requests.
Communicate with government agencies, brokers and key customers. Handling and following up their issues ensuring a smooth running of business.

Drafting insurance contracts and terms (Property, Casualty, Liabilities, and Marine) .
Appraising insurance claims .
Procuring insurance services and obtaining quotes .
Ensures proper document classification, sorting, filing and proper archiving .
Managing insurance policies and coordinating with Insurers .
Identifying risks exposures and required coverage .
Preparing and updating insurance policies strategic objectives . Carry out pre-risk/follow up surveys and prepare related risks assessment reports.
Receive new proposals from life sales force and check it if all documents and deposits are provided as per company requirements and send the deposit money to the bank in daily basis, record all collected payments in the statement of life collections .
Maintain proper control and fallow up over the deposit receipt booklets available with life consultants .
Maintain all life policy files and other life related books and keep them up to date and complete .
Coordinate all correspondences between head office and the branch .
Prepare offers and quotations .
Keep proper controls over all life related activities in the branch .
•Receive and send required faxes and maintain a proper register.
•Dispatch mail to the Head Office and maintain proper register.
.Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings and conferences.
