Provide project management consultancy services worldwide to help customer companies remain competitive, maintain successful business activities as well as initiate strategic changes
Achievements:
• Since July 2014:
- Customizing and deploying the appropriate project management methodology and framework in customer companies as the PMBOK, PRINCE2, SCRUM or Waterfall for examples. Setting PMOs but also the required strategic portfolio management processes. Adapting the business processes and service management methodology to cope with the induced functional and organisational changes.
- Training and coaching program, project leaders and customer employees to use tailored project management methodologies and frameworks, providing the related material as well as the required templates to be used to handle project management activities
- Providing consultancy services to manage customer projects but also large scale and complex programs in any domain such as but not limited to IT, security, education & research, consumer goods, engineering, bank, construction, pharmaceutical, medical & health care, luxury or oil & gas.
# Currently successfully acting as External Advisor until the 1st of August 2015 (consulting contract) and reporting to the Senior Management Staff (CFO & General Manager) of the BIA Group S.A., an International Company in the Civil Engineering and Construction Industry:
 Managing the global SAP IT & Functional SAP ERP program deployment across all enterprise entities. This includes providing best practices guidance to setup and manage the technical infrastructure but also the adequate organisational structure and business processes changes as well as to deploy customised project and service management methodologies supporting the new company related strategy.

Achievements:
• Completed the Alignment and Custom Migration programs to new Data Center for all application infrastructure services, as SAP or SharePoint installations, without customer impacts and as per the new technical standards and requirements
• Completed the SQL 2008 R2 Migration program of all critical SAP services landscapes without customer impacts taking into account the technical pre-requisites and quality management requirements
• Organised and managed the integration management meetings attended by the company VPs and related initiatives to assume the global project portfolio governance and foster the company organizational awareness program. Ensured that the appropriate follow up is done at management level and the required solution is brought in response to the raised concerns
• Conceived and planned the courses catalog for new employees of the IT Department. Provided Service Management, SAP and procedural trainings
