Job description and Responsibilities: Monitoring integrity inspection for Piping, pipeline, pressure vessel, and Quality control for Multi-construction inspection for the Piping, pipeline, pressure vessels, oil storage tanks, rotated equipment, and HVAC system.
1- Responsible to the client for the inspection team conducting various integrity activities inspection of Piping, pipeline, Pressure vessels, and monitoring and following inspection for construction oil storage tanks, and rotating equipment installation. 2- Generating & Review project specifications, inspection & test plan, and work procedure to ensure procedural compliance and alignment with the Client's requirements. 3- Monitoring & witness inspections of approved Inspection & test plans (ITPs). 4- Reviewing and Generate non-conformities (NCR) and quality observation (QOR) reports and disposition follow-up corrective actions. 5- Monitoring & Ensure that the API 1104, Specifications, and design drawings are strictly followed are my daily goals during the welding of pipelines and related facilities. 6- Monitoring & Ensured that the API 650, Specifications, and design drawing are strictly followed are my daily goals during oil storage tank construction. 7- Monitoring & Ensure that the ASME 31.3, Specifications, and design drawing are strictly followed are my daily goals during piping construction. 8- Monitoring &Ensure verification materials arriving onsite, analysis associated MTRs, and reviewing vendor documents, Third party inspection report, and Release note. 9- Monitoring conducting ASME IX, and ASME V during preparing and reviewing WPS and PQR. 10- Monitoring conducting welders performing qualification, preparing certifications as per conducting ASME IX, ASME V. 11- Monitoring conducting visual inspection for welds and acting as a site safety representative for the client. 12- Following and monitoring routinely reviewed and witness hydrostatic test packages, radiographic films, NDT reports, leak test packages, and welders' certifications. 13- Responsible for generating detailed daily reports with attached pictures, comprehensive summary of work progress, and reporting the percentages completed per line Item. 14- Assigned to perform in-service API Inspections of coded pressure vessels, heat exchangers, process piping, boilers, and above-ground storage tanks as well as classified piping and equipment and reports generation. 15- Monitoring conducted API 653, API 510, and API 570 during an in-service inspection and ASME 31.3, API 1104, and ASME VIII during construction inspection, following the latest Inspection practice code. 16- Generate inspection test plans, RBI assessments, maintained permanent and progressive Inspection records and prepared repair recommendations, and provided API-compliant repair packages.
17- Conducted on-stream, Internal and external Inspections of fixed equipment at scheduled Intervals at mechanical Integrity assurance. 18- Generate routine monitoring programs and Risk Based Inspection (RBI), corrosion rate, Inspection Intervals calculations, and remaining life for pressure vessels and piping for mechanical Integrity assurance. 19- Assistant with engineering programs construction piping's, pipelines, storage oil tanks, and pressure vessels. 20- Responsible for Quality assurance over the construction of various oil storage tanks. 21- Familiar with standard and code ASME 16.34 valves installation and inspection. 22- Monitoring and witness coating, the holiday test procedure for the pipeline, and underground piping. 23- Monitoring and witnessing for painting procedure application for above-ground piping. 24- Final documents preparing and reviewing.
