1. Carry out all maintenance activity in site( Power Supply Generators(Cummins, Saudi diesel, KOHLER from 17.5 kva up to 1000 kva), Irrigation System, RO system, STP System, HVACs system, Laundry machines, kitchen machines equipment, fire alarm and firefighting system, CCTV camera, automatic sliding gate door, lighting system).
2. Follow up and execute installation construction activity in the site/generator system, diesel tanks, irrigating system, power supply cable calculation, selection and installation.
3. Prepare preventive maintenance plan for all the equipment in the site according to manuals and manufacturing recommendations.
4. Handling instrument section at sadara project Jubail / KSA
5. Ability to check IFC, and prepare RFI, MTO, MSD, for the on going project
1. Complying to the GMP’s, and international standard.
2. Assist the FED manager in technical and evaluation and review.
3. Prepare and keep update of required SOPs and other documents.
4. Provide an effective support in the provision of engineering services covering the site and production needs.
5. To ensure that all emergency generators are readily and available for any foreseen and unforeseen power interruption.
6. Ensure that all calibration and validation process are performed and kept up to date.
7. To direct and supervise preventive/corrective maintenance issues, risk analysis and prepare attendance schedule.
8. carry out the in- house project as construction engineer including cable pulling, lighting, fire alarm systems, CCTV camera, paging systems, Control panels, HVAC systems(AHUs, EFUs, BUs, DHUs, dampers, split units), laundry machines .
9. Carry out preventive maintenance program for power voltage substation including , transformers, stand by generators, UPS system, Low Voltage Switch Gears, , Panel Board panels, power factors and MCC panels.
10. Electromechanicalmaintenance(HVAC, plumping, laundry, electrical power supply, fire alarm systems).
11. Carry out PPM maintenance for electrical forklift
