Lead engineer managing electromechanical systems, power generation, and plant automation across Rixos Trading (major importer of Aksa Generators and Vestel Split-Type AC) and its two sister manufacturing facilities under shared ownership: TMANABU Coffee Processing and Berningo Agro Industry.

International Machinery Installation: Served as the lead Ethiopian engineering counterpart collaborating closely with Turkish technical specialists to manage the end-to-end mechanical and electrical installation, alignment, commissioning, and optimization of complex factory production machinery across both sister companies.

TMANABU Coffee Processing Infrastructure: Personally designed and installed the complete industrial facility lighting system, alongside the installation and commissioning of a 700 kVA generator, fully integrated with a custom-built ATS and primary factory distribution box.

Berningo Agro Industry Power Expansion: Managed and executed the installation and commissioning of two heavy-duty 1000 kVA generators, designing and wiring the high-capacity ATS systems and the main factory power distribution infrastructure.

Core Generator & Power Operations: Lead end-to-end maintenance operations, technical support, troubleshooting, and overhauling for heavy-duty diesel engines, alternators, and complex control systems, with a core focus on imported Aksa Generator sets.

HVAC Management: Oversee the installation, electrical integration, testing, and preventive maintenance of imported Vestel split-type AC units and climate control systems across company facilities.

Industrial Automation & Cabling: Managed the layout and physical laying of high-capacity industrial power and control cables. Installed and configured Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and Star-Delta starter systems for large factory electric motors.

Ongoing Maintenance Operations: Handled ongoing preventive, predictive, and corrective electromechanical maintenance for production processing machinery to ensure maximum plant uptime and operational efficiency.

Utilities Management: Supervised the operation and preventive maintenance of industrial air compressors, pneumatic systems, and water pumps.
