Responsible for Piping erection operations and pipe support installation in accordance with schedule, Procedures,
Managing construction activities carried out by contractors, ensuring the scope of work is achieved and compliance with project specifications and standard.
Coordinating with Engineering & Construction and liaise with the Client on detail engineering requirements.
Ensure the Productivity and Quality is maintained by subordinates. Coordinate with other Disciplines in site.
Responsible for counter checking by Isometric / Piping plan for the spools erected in the correct location, orientation, alignment and plumbness.
Ensuring that contractor’s duties are performed by competent and experienced personnel and in sufficient number to achieve objectives.
Ensure the Productivity and Quality is maintained by subordinates. Coordinate with other Disciplines in site.
Responsible for MCC walkthrough and punchlist clearing prior for hand over.
Painting pipes and pipe supports in fabrication workshop.
Weld Mapping, material take off and spooling of underground and aboveground piping.
Conducting leak testing prior to acceptance.
Line checking and As-built drawing for document turnover.
Test package preparation for acceptance
