Responsible for the execution of the wireline logging contracts for both land and offshore operations in Abu Dhabi and remote locations including Bahrain and Jordan. Major services are focused on well integrity, production logging and basic mechanical services. Main responsibilities are:

•Handling the operations on all frontlines to include: job planning and crew management, maintenance, logistics, customer service, and technical support.
•P&L budget creation, monitoring and cost optimization
•Procurement of new assets and technologies to support operation
•Managing 3rd party contractors such as GYRO, Tractor, Coiled tubing, MPFM, etc. on both operational and financial aspects
•Inducing a competitive and safety working culture through career development plans, training and team work environment
•Participate in tenders as required.
•Client attendance through regular meetings and SQMs
•Troubleshooting, NCRs, and capturing lessons learnt from the operations

Main contracts are:
•ADCO Project B to include casing integrity, basic mechanical services and OH logging. project involves 3rd party contractors for both GYRO and Tractors
•ADCO Project C to include vertical and deviated production logging - rigless operation
•ADCO Project D for production logging on coiled tubing. Project invloed 3rd party subcontractors for MPFM, etc
•ZADCO offshore to include barge and rigless operation for production logging
•BAPCO project in Bahrain for well integrity and perforation
•JOSCO project in Jordan for mechanical services

Major Achievements:
•Start up of Project B and C to include assets selection and procurement, personnel hiring, personnel training and qualifications and contract management
•Introduction of the e-Slickline technology
•Implementation of API-Q2 standards to the current contracts
•Part of the design team for SAP at ALMANSOORI
•Creation of SOPs, CDP and contribution to the maintenance system for assets

The role of the Wireline Applications Engineer was to develop and execute a strategy to understand, anticipate and exceed the customer’s expectations through daily interaction with client and the Operations team at Baker Hughes. A detailed planning for all wireline solutions was the main scope of this role. Some of the key roles are:
- Extensive customer support SHELL, TOTAL, SANTOS and ENI
- Project management Deep Water and HPHT operations
- Well planning and wireline contingency planning.
- Wireline log simulation and risk assessment
- Well intervention - logging live wells with Pressure Control Equipment.
- Optimized solution selection through simulation, risk analysis and cost analysis.
- Team planning and crew management for onshore and offshore operations.
- Live monitoring of ongoing operations and provision of technical support.
- Communicate with client throughout the different stages: planning, execution and
delivery.
- Provide robust solutions and promote new Wireline technologies by arranging
events such as Lunch and Learns, training and site visits.
- Post operation engagement and lessons learnt though After Action Review,
generation of End Of Well Reports and Service Quality Meetings.
- Actively participate in tenders for new clients.
- Invoicing.

The role of the General Wireline Field Engineer was to prepare, execute and deliver the required wireline data to customers. The Wireline Engineer is responsible for the crew and the operation’s safety. Extensive experience was developed through working in land offshore, PCE and HPHT op-erations. Some of the gained experiences are:

- Run the first HPHT RPM (Reservoir Performance Monitor) in Moomba Australia 2013
- Run the first MaxCOR (large diameter rotary coring tool) in offshore Australia 2012
- One of the first to run HPHT wireline services in offshore Australia 2012
- Operate formation testing and sampling RCI/RCX with straddle packer for Micro-Frac operations and Leak Off Tests
- Extensive experience in running: NMR, Imaging, Coring, Formation testing services
- Extensive experience in pressure control equipment and cased hole services: cement evaluation, casing integrity, tractoring, clean up, setting plugs, stuck pipe operations and pulsed neutron services.
- Joined a number of projects for Deepwater wireline services in Australia 2009-present
- Extensive Experience in Open logging in Oman - Mukhaizna Field 2006-2008
- Extensive experience in Open and cased hole operation in UAE land operations, ADCO 2006-2008
- Offshore Experience in UAE offshore in some of the ADMA and ZADCO operations 2006-2008

The role of the Wireline Field Engineer was to prepare, execute and deliver the required wireline data to customers. The Wireline Engineer is responsible for the crew and the operation’s safety. Extensive experience was developed through working in land offshore and PCE operations. Some of the gained experiences are:
•Extensive experience in all wireline cased holes services in Land (ADCO) and offshore (ZADCO & ADMA) operations, including but not limited to: chemical cutter, corrosion logs, cement evaluation, perforation, stuck pipe, pulsed neutron tools and plugs setting. some operations included pressure control equipment and cased hole tractors.
•Extensive experience in open hole logging in land operations (ADCO), including but not limited to: GSLAM, imaging and formation testing.
•Extensive Experience in Open logging in Oman - Mukhaizna Field for OXY.
