Through my journey in this position I was responsible about building the Civil works sector which will serve
and carryout civil works in other sectors Such as energy projects sector, water projects sector and
infrastructure projects sector, beside supervising and executing Civil sector projects.
That was through leading groups from high calibers and high skilled Project Managers, Project Engineers,
Construction Managers, Construction Engineers and technical office department.
My strategy focused on developing the projects management team starting from 3 project managers and 5
project engineers to be 12 project managers and 12 project engineers, also we work together to smoothing
the difference between experiences and knowledge for all team members.
Our sector participates in many projects such as:
1- Energy projects.
2- Water Projects.
3- Infrastructure Projects.
4- Civil Projects.

Responsible about all construction projects and activities in several areas including tendering, planing, budgeting, monitoring and execution

- The civil renovation works in several projects in our turnkey projects.
I was working as project manager in construction project with value 40 million LE, this project contain five buildings of Reinforced concrete Skeleto, two swimming pools, playing areas, Electromechanical, infrastructure works, landscape and roads.
I'm currently in a preparation phase for procurements and construction of two infrastructure projects, these projects belong to Ministry of housing, with value 80 million SR, and this projects contain networks for Sewerage, storm, water supply, firefighting, irrigation, street lighting, medium voltage, low voltage, and phones. Also contains eight RC. Underground tanks, Five Generators, lift up sewage station, pump station for water and firefighting, landscape, hardscape, and roadway network.
I worked for nineteen months as a project manager for Al Monesya sewage network - contract of part 2, , these projects belong to Ministry of water and electricity \[ National Water Company, NWC \] with value 59 million SR, this project contain 60 km. of pipes installing, 750 manhole, and 1850 inspection chamber to connect houses to main network.
I worked for twenty seven month as a construction manager in two similar projects, these projects belongs to Ministry of Defense and Military Production, with value for both projects about 100 million LE, and this projects contain networks for Sewerage, storm, water supply, firefighting, irrigation, street lighting, medium voltage, low voltage, and phones. Also contains five RC. Underground tanks, two Generators, sewage septic tank, pump station for water and firefighting, landscape, hardscape, and roadway network. Also contain eight concrete Skelton buildings (each building 2 floors ), and four steel structure buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Proper execution of all site activities as per time schedule and specifications and in the most economical ways and make the best use of time, equipment and staff to ensure full compliance within the contract requirements.
- Keep projects on schedule.
- Maintain timely and accurate reporting to management.
- Participation in regular meetings for management and contractors when required.
- Prepare various reports to successfully manage the project(s), such as: monthly progress analysis / schedules, billings and status reports.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Supervise documentation of all significant project events (e.g., accidents, delays, change orders).
- Direct preconstruction services and activities
I worked for sixteen month as a construction manager in a project of three administrative buildings ( multistory buildings ), these projects belongs to Smart Villages Company - SVC, with value about 85 million LE, and this projects Consists of three buildings each building consist of ( three basements and, ground floor, four typical floors and roof area,
project scope was to execute the building Skeleton of reinforced concrete and finishing works of core area, basements, and external cladding, also to supervise coordination between contractor for electromechanical works and the contractor for general site works.
Responsibilities:

I worked at the first three years as senior site engineer and for final two years a construction manager in many projects, most of these projects was from projects with medium value (average 12 million LE/ project).
Most of these projects consist of constructing steel structure building and one floor building for industrial use.
I worked for two years in many projects, most of these projects was from projects with small value (average 6 million LE/ project).
Most of these projects consist of constructing steel structure building and one floor building for industrial use, constructing residential buildings, and buildings maintenance.
