Manage company financial accounting according to IFRS; prepare various MIS reports re Sales, Purchases, Debtors, Creditors and stock. Stock valuation; supervise preparation of financial reports, budgets and staff activities.
Inspect original entry books to verify acceptable accounting standards; count cash in hand; inspect notes receivables and payables, negotiable securities and cancelled checks; verify journal and ledger entries for cash, check payments, purchases, expenses and trial balances.
Maintain books of accounting until finalization; perform on a monthly basis accounting functions: book-keeping, reconciliation and reports, retro accrual, cash, cash applied to A/R, bad debt allowances; assist in annual external audit and examination; assist in employee evaluation process; plan, organize, assign review and evaluation work of assigned professional and technical support staff.
