▶ Serving as a focal point of contact for the employees’ issues and inquiries,
including but not limited to attendance, leaves, benefits, administrative and management issues
and the company’s policies and procedures.
▶ Ensures applicable laws, regulations, XEROX policies and procedures, are followed.
▶ Respond to employee questions and complaints regarding any service.
▶ Improving and monitoring employee productivity, supporting employee development.
▶ Structuring compensation and benefit packages.
▶ Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
▶ Proactively partners with line managers and staff in supporting recruitment process, including job
descriptions, job classification, vacancy announcement, performing reference checks and
screening of candidates ensuring business needs are clearly addressed and integrated into the
recruitment process to attract the strongest candidates.
▶ Ensure new employees are properly inducted into the business and given support to become
productive as quickly as possible and aligning them to the business objectives.
▶ Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and
increase productivity and retention.
▶ Works closely with Payroll manager on HR processes / policies that impact Payroll ( overtime. End
of service, …etc).
▶ Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
▶ Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching,
counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).

▶ Improving and monitoring employee productivity, supporting employee development.
▶ Supporting in structuring compensation and benefit packages.
▶ Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
▶ Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements.
▶ Assists with development/implementation of performance evaluation and rewards
systems.
▶ Responsible for managing day to day Operations employee relations, compensation and
progression issues for Operations.
▶ Coordinate with the department managers to forecast future hiring needs and identify
gaps.
▶ Design and oversee recruitment process map.
▶ Manage, motivate and develop the skills and aspirations of section staff in a legal, cost effective and
even-handed manner to ensure that they can undertake their responsibilities to the required
standard and are provided with an environment in which they can develop their potential to the full.
▶ Manage the recruitment and selection process, Job offer negotiation.
▶ Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and
preservation of human capital.
▶ Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

▶ Sourcing, Screening, filtering resumes and conducting interviews.

▶ Monitoring staff attendance and overtime sheet.
▶ Monitoring payroll process as per Group standards.

▶ Monitoring hiring and release process.
▶ Conducting investigations with employees and applying disciplinary policy if required.
▶ Reviewing of Group HR policies in accordance with Labor Law.
▶ Ensure regulatory compliance with Labor, Social Insurance and Tax laws.
▶ Conducting job descriptions for company in addition to competencies and KPI’S.
▶ Handling HRIS activities including organizational structures and position
management.
▶ Responsible for Employees induction, orientation, Benefits and services.
▶ Responsible for Employees Training and development according to training process.

▶ Conduct a full fact finding and a full sales process with the clients to identify their needs for
the insurance services and follow up regularly with the customers.
▶ Building and developing good and consistent relationships with clients.
▶ Sending daily sales reports to management daily.
▶ Achieving and exceeding the targets.
▶ Screening, filtering, selecting resumes and conducting interviews .
▶ Building & Updating company Database .
▶ Meets walk‐in applicants, collects and assesses resumes .
▶ Short listing candidate CV’s against job descriptions, updating vacancy and applicant status within the recruitment procedure, organizing interviews and producing interview schedules, liaising with applicants to provide updates on their progress .
