Duties:
-Handling electro-mechanical projects throw the process of estimating, planning, executing, testing & commissioning.
-Team leading MEP project managers and setting goals to be achieved.
-Managing Estimation team throw direct coordination and team leading to get very accurate cost estimation for the new tenders and projects.
-Estimating dry (direct) & indirect costs and working professionally on Bill of Quantity items using complete breakdowns and linking them using Excel sheets according to activity rates and to the specifications of each system separately to obtain the actual dry cost.
-Following up the national & international market to update the price lists used in the estimation process.
-Reviewing contracts for new projects and handle price negotiations.
-Managing Procurement team to achieve high results in budget control as well as quality of supply.
-Procurement and purchasing for project site materials and equipments within the allocated budget and time frame.
-Vendor’s selection and negotiations to achieve best terms with regards to the price and quality taking into consideration appliance of INCO-Terms on proposals and LCs for offshore purchases.
-Offshore logistics and follow up for shipments and custom clearing process.
-Variation orders and claims preparation and negotiations.
-Preparing budget for projects and monitor cash flow process.

-The Pearl Qatar - Porto Arabia - Parcel 4 & 5 Towers and Town Houses, Contract of (130 Million QR).
-The Pearl Qatar - Porto Arabia - Parcel 10 & 11 Towers and Podium, Contract of (70 Million QR).
-ARWA Tower, Contract of (72 Million QR).
-Navigation Tower modifications, Contract of (7 Million QR).
-Lusail Sewage treatment pumping station (Several projects totaling 50 Million QR).
-Yohan Tower, Contract of (30 Million QR).
-Al Areen Residential Tower, Contract of (30 Million QR).
-Dolphin Office Tower, Contract of (15 Million QR).
-Bin Suhaem Residential Tower, Contract of (14 Million QR).
Duties :
-Electrical & Plumbing Estimation for new tenders, preparing tender documents for tender submissions, preparing presentations, memorandum of procedures and all tender requirements.
-Estimating direct & indirect costs for all MEP works required in tenders using Excel sheets based on studying the tender drawings, specifications and the BOQ for each MEP system to obtain the actual dry cost.
-Following up the national & international market to update the price lists used in the estimation process.
-Monitor and Execute of all electrical and Mechanical site works.
-Commissioning and handing over of the MEP works.
-Following up with sub-contractors and Consultant.
-Preparing Material submittal and Reviewing Shop drawings of MEP works.
-Coordination between MEP works and civil activities.
-Preparing monthly reports for site activities and monthly invoices.
Projects Handled:
-Project Coordinator for MAN service & spare parts center, Contract amount (5 Million QR).
-Electro-Mechanical Engineer for Several projects US army base at Sayliyah totaling approx. 15 Million QR)
Duties:
-Building Maintenance Management & Operation.
-Facility management including MEP maintenance for equipments as per manifacturer requirments in operation and maintenance manuals.
-Supervise installation for Electrical Systems.
-Design & Installation of Gas Protection Systems.
-Electrical Power Distribution Systems (Design & Execution).
-Facility management contracts supervision including Guards, Janitorial & Electro Mechanical Services.
Projects Handled in Dulb:
-Electrical Engineer for Arqa Palace several Electrical sub-contracts for installing, jointing & termination for power cables and telephone cables, installing gas protection systems under the main contractor (SBG), Contracts amount nearly (1.8 Million SR).
-Electrical Engineer for Al Faysalyah Tower several Electrical sub-contracts for installing & termination for light fittings & power cables installing gas protection systems under the main contractor (SBG), Contracts amount nearly (3.7 Million SR).
-Project Coordinator for US-NAVY school at Saudi marine in Khober turnkey project, material procurement preparation of monthly reports & invoices, following up subcontractors & work in site, Contracts amount (Confidential).
-Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Manager for Elite Medical Center under maintenance yearly contract, Contract amount (650, 000SR/year).
-Handling sole agency for gas protection system (AMAN) supplying & installing for central region (Riyadh, Qaseem & Ha'el) including network designing, installing & maintaining the gas detection systems for all kinds of facilities (Hyatt Regency Hotel, Rumaih Industrial area, APPH Bldgs., Al-Faysalyah tower, …etc).
Also preparing and giving professional seminars to all civil defense departments in central region.
