Responsible for the QA/QC of the HVAC & Plumbing system installation, in charge in managing the following tasks:
• Ensure the project plan and procedures are activated at site. Perform inspections of installations.
• Develop and maintain inspection procedures and techniques, throughout the construction
• Report on daily inspection and testing activities and issuing non-conformance reports when the specification or procedural requirements are not met.
• Maintain inspection and testing records.

• Designed Fire sprinklers system for hospitals and their parking building.
• Provide Riser diagram schematic for water and fire system.
• Reviewed and edited previous layouts for use in new buildings.
• Worked with a team of engineers and contractors to design and implement blueprints for water systems.
• Used specific guidelines set by the client to design water and drainage systems paying close attention to client requests

During Mr. Meshmesh’s time as Sr. Mechanical Engineer, he acted as project manager for mechanical design, in charge of managing the following tasks:
• Engineering heat & cooling load calculations to determine air conditioning and heating equipment sizing.
• Selection and specifying the Air conditioning equipment for installation on buildings.
• Adapting specifications to specific job requirements.
• Plumbing design including water, gas and waste piping sizes for buildings.
