• Supervise client payroll (ARAMCO - SABIC - SECECO - SATORP - SADARA - SIPCHEM - etc…).
• Handel all expenses related to project employees (ESB - Vacation payments - annual tickets - etc …).
• Handle and reconcile supplier accounts.
• Handle and reconcile related parties accounts.
• Handle GOSI account.
• Handle Medical account.
• Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets.
• Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system.
• Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary-level account in the general ledger.
• Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets
• Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and the accumulated depreciation.
• Conduct asset retirement.
• Conduct periodic physical inventory counts of fixed assets.
• Conduct analyses related to fixed assets as requested by management.
• Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets and assist the auditors in their inquiries.

* Supervising for payable accounts
* Preparing, maintaining, auditing and distributing statistical, financial, accounting, auditing or payroll reports and tables
* Formulating financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
* Examining revenues, commissions and expenses
* Categorizing, coding and succinct numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals, ledgers and/or computer
* Preparing or check invoices, requisitions and other documents for processing; encodes and obtain approval when necessary
• Other projects assigned
* Handling fixed assets and perform physical asset count.

* Endure standard methods and approved practices, requiring judgment with regards to the application of appropriate rules and regulations
* Checks figures, posting and documents for accuracy approval when necessary
* Simplify and completing monthly closure procedures
* Examine revenues, commissions and expenses
* Maintains and makes necessary adjustments to various records
* Documentations, maintenance, communications and acting cash variances and administering all cashier and contracts.
* Handle payroll for some projects.
* Handle Vendors.
* Bank reconciliation.
