Mr. / Haytham Rashad, who I know him closely and over many years known his efficiency, whether in the field of sales and customers services, as an agriculture engineer or at the administrative level where that over the many years since graduation his practical experiences varied and has numerous careers successes and that what is related with his studies in agriculture, where may scrub these experiences by academic studies before graduation and beyond through a variety of specialized higher diplomas or through training courses, which some are scientific in the fields of agriculture and what is linked to sales and dealing with customers of different personalities and types, services quality and what is linked to different management levels. Here I would like to mention that Mr. Haytham Rashad through this academic journey has gained considerable experience in dealing with VIPs and requiring distinct quality of serious and cautious as he has considerable experience in dealing with simple employees and senior officials through his position as an administrator and access to the results cannot be achieved unless acquiring affection at all levels and cadres career. He is truly has achieved successes in his career and so has the ability to take decisions and bear consequences in both normal circumstances based on scientific principles or in some difficult circumstances, which require a great deal of experience as he has the ability to apply the academic scientific basis in practice, which requires a great deal of skill available in him.
