Participate in the development, execution, supervision, and coordination of all technical aspects of
field engineering assignments including the development of contracts, procedures, and construction
methods and systems.
* Reviewing the performance of contractors to assure contract compliance, the application of accepted
construction technology and standards, and the acceptable standardization of materials and supplies.
* Provide technical opinion regarding any amendments proposed by the contractor or requested by the
top management, as well as reviewing and studying the specifications and drawings

* Studying any request submitted by the contractor regarding the works execution and expressing the

work.
* Approval of Payment Certificates.
* Submission of monthly progress reports to the top management and discuss the issues in the monthly
meetings.
* Review, negotiate and approve the variation orders and time claim in case required.
