Review Contract Documents, making suggestions/modifications as they relate to the MEP trades.
Leading the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost,
technical and performance parameters.
Supervise review and coordination of MEP Material submittals and shop drawings.
Reviewing bids from subcontractors and selecting the most qualified ones based on price,
reputation, and experience.
Monitoring project costs and scheduling for on-time completion of projects.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with work
performed.
Coordinating with architects, engineers, and allied trades to ensure the full scope of the systems
are clear and implemented correctly.
Managing the flow of project information between the team, through regular meetings and
written communications.
Conform to local and national laws and guidelines, and Reporting.
Take overall responsibility for the performance of all MEP trades.
Provide end-to-end project management for the execution of MEP packages and associated
technology.
Monitor and report on project KPI metrics and team performance analysis.
Health and Safety, Observe safety regulations.
