Job Description:
Create, Modify, Activate, Operate & troubleshooting:
- The special circuit: IP-VPN, DDN, ADSL, SHDSL, IPDSL, WI-MAX, Fiber, Copper, Microwave, MPLS L2 & L3 VPN services over Cisco, Huawei, & Juniper PE routers.
- Cisco (7909 series, 7606 series, 3500 series, 6500 series. 3400 series) Foundry switches.
- Mobile VPN, Mobile ATM & Mobile Corporation.
- ATM switches (CBX, P15k, ) & IP aggregation boxes (EFM, ISAM).
- MALC boxes (EFM).
Remote Testing.
I assisted in management in connectivity duties for ISP, Government sector, Private sector demands.
Deployment, maintenance and troubleshooting of MPLS-PE and MPLS L2/L3 VPNs.
MPLS Network Management and System Applications.
Hands on the following Systems Management & Application in MPLS- Engineering environment which is associated with STC network.
Help provision scheduled MPLS L2/L3 VPN circuit requests.
Coordinate configuration efforts with other non-Cisco vendors (Juniper, MALC).
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with STC employees.
Participate in scheduled weekend assignments/projects .to work effectively and add value as a team member.
Ability to perform tasks with moderate supervision.

Responsible for order management from implementing of circuit design, routing, & finally test. Provide/Send service requests.
Work with internal STC teams on circuit issues per request.
Contact & work with customers, Communicate circuit status with customer via (email, phone, Remedy, etc). Respective as per demand until issues are resolved for closure.
Provided technical assistance to customers & field technicians regarding circuit, turn it up & involved in troubleshoot provisioned circuits connectivity issues.
01- Setting up of initial configuration of Routers that involves configuration of interface, Defining static & dynamic routes .defining standard & extended access lists.
02- Maintaining the 3700, 3600, 2600, 2500, 1700 series Routers.
03- Configuring routing protocols RIP (ver1 & ver2), IGRP, EIGRP & OSPF.
04- Maintaining the 26 location NTU & trouble shooting it.
05- Configure & maintain IP VPN for the 26 location routers.
06- Assembling & cabling of WAN components .configuring switches to connect to main servers switch of frame relay network.
07- Configuring exchange 2000 server to send outbound emails to an external SMTP server by both the means of connections Leased Line Access & Dial-up Access.
08- Configuration & administration of MS-Exchange 2000, 5.5 on the win 2000 server & NT 4.0 as a new site .Administration of exchange 2000 server like Creation & Deletion Recovering, Moving mailboxes between servers & creating administrative groups.
09- Plan & lead Network projects installations & up gradations, evaluate new Technologies & work with other technical staff to determine both hardware & software needs.
10- Planning, Designing & Implementation Active Directory Domain, & Multiple Domain Structure, & managed Windows 2000 domain controllers & evaluation of Active directory, managed Windows 2000 First & Additional domain controllers within Domain Tree, Child Domain Controller Trees of Forest with multiple domains.
11- Maintenance of LAN & WAN for the different locations in Riyadh.
12- Maintaining the user support & solving the printer problems.
13- Adding the clients in the domain.
14- Managed to improve the performance of the PCs and the LAN.

- Managed to improve the performance of the PCs and the LAN in the company offices in Dammam.
