• Work on Oracle financial system “ SMAC “ and ERP System “SAJAYA“
• Making journals entire, Control on the expense of cash, Salaries sheets and Preparing the Income statements&balance sheets for the branches
• Assist with main branch in Saudi Arabia in entering journal entries, analyze and reconcile accounts
• Giving approvals for paying renewal fees and annuities fees for clients and agents after reviewing the statement of accounts the client
• Making vacations balance for employees of branches i responsible for
• Responsible of 120 client for preparing statements of accounts, following up collection accrued payments and update any new received payments and Investigate and resolve clients queries
Account Receivable
• Processing receipts for all the bank income transfers, cheques & cash that received from clients
• Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices and the received payments details
• Resolve valid or authorized deductions by entering credit notes and journal vouchers
• Following the cheques for collections and contacting with our bank for any details
• Monitor and resolve bank issues including Bank Commissions and check differences and checks for collections
• Collect data and prepare monthly metrics
• Communicate with customers via email, phone or personally
• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Enter data on invoices; ensure proper coding on documents
- Leading a team of 5 accountants for the various companies of the group of companies to record the accounting, prepare the financial statements of the group companies and the consolidated balance sheet
• The responsible accountant of three schools and three other companies

• Making the daily journals entry, expanses analysis and revenue analysis, Salaries sheets, Preparing the income statements, the balance sheets
