Development of an Inspection Plan and scope.
* Establishing corrosion rate and documenting the appropriate inspection intervals based on
inspection finding / RBI.
* Review and issuing inspection reports and establishing corrective actions accordingly .
* Assist inspection team technically and seek for alternative solutions if required.
* SOP review and updating.
* Evaluating advance / NDE techniques technically and their applications.
* Participation in several methodologies such as MOC, PHA, PSSR etc…
* Ensure that all inspection activities are performed in accordance with codes.
* Resolve technical enquiries from maintenance and operations.
* Coordination of RBI Implementation.
* Arranging inspections at vendor shops.
* Contributing T/A planning and Execution.
* Review / qualify welding procedures for inspection department in addition review and approve vendor welding and NDT procedures.
Position
Inspection supervisor for PE, PPS& Utility plants.for I was fully responsible:
* Direct supervision of Inspectors and quality of inspection activities required by different
plants for stationary equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks,
process piping's, pressure safety valves, fired heaters ( boilers & incinerators), any
fabrication /repair jobs in-house and at vendor’s site.
* Executing preventive maintenance plans of stationary equipment as per schedule.
* Managing day-to-day works performed by inspection team and carried out as per company
policies and procedures.
* Coordinating/planning inspection tasks resources and responsible for productivity,
efficiency and overall performance of inspection activities.
* Ensuring safety regulations/culture are complied and maintained within inspection team.
* In addition to that I worked as supervisor for major plants turnarounds (plan/non planned) from preparation stage until completion.

Duties and responsibilities
Performing full inspection, issuing inspection reports and generating recommendations as
per inspection finding for all stationary equipment, process piping's and equipment
auxiliary.
Performing non-destructive testing activities, evaluate the results and recommend action if
required.
Witnessing pressure safety valves and hydrostatic/ pneumatic testing either in house and
at vendor’s site.
*Certified API 510 Pressure Vessel Inspector. * Certified API 570 Piping Inspector. * Certified API 580 Advanced Risk Based Inspection Professional * Certified API 936 Refractory Quality Control Personnel. * Certified NACE level 1. * Certified ASNT – SNT-TC 1A Level II in RTFI, UTT, MT & PT
