As a Marketing and Communications professional specializing in graphic designing and content management, I was primarily in charge of creative activities to support customer engagement strategies and loyalty programs for luxury hotels across different markets, from the Middle East to Africa and Asia.
• Handles digital marketing for Isme, a rewards program for Jumeirah.
• Handles digital and print marketing for Gourmet Dining, a rewards program for IHG
(Intercontinental Hotels Group), for all GCC countries.
My responsibilities included:
• Creating and managing website and mobile app content for clients' loyalty programs (using a
proprietary content management system), from data entry the creative and graphic designing to
ensuring brand consistency.
• Helping to drive incremental revenue by identifying member-focused campaigns, drafting and
executing email marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Conceptualize & design for clients such as websites, banners, e-mailer, brochure, logos and marketing marketing collaterals.
• Coordinates directly with the clients on projects.
• Conceptualize & design for clients such as websites, banners, blog post, illustrations and other marketing marketing collaterals.
• Coordinates directly with the project manager on projects.
• Conceptualize and design marketing materials in print and web media.
• Handles product e-mailers and social media page.
• Conceptualize & design the theme, brand name, logo, graphics and icons for the website templates uploaded to Free Website Template.
• Conceptualize & design websites based from client requirements.
• Coordinates directly to the project manager for daily tasks/project.
• Design marketing materials for our clients such as banners, website, e-mailer, brochure, logos and etc.
• Edits and enhances photos and makes it realistic when placed in various templates.
• Coordinates directly with the owner by phone, who is based in the US, for our daily workload or any concerns regarding with our tasks.
• Coordinates with marketing staff for project conceptualization.
• Handle’s the designing/lay outing of store’s major in-house promotions such as: Departmental Events, Store-wide Promotions, Seasonal Events and Store-wide Raffle Promotions, and other marketing collaterals.
