• Administers transfers and receipts of vehicles.
• Supervises the incoming, outgoing and non-moving vehicle stocks.
• Conducts weekly Stock Inventory and reconciliation
• Monitors and submits complete records of every vehicle sale.
• Coordinates with different branches and with logistics for vehicle for any required vehicle movement, additional accessories and other concerns.
• Assists the Sales Branch Manager in attendance keeping, correspondences, sale- coordination and reports as required.
• Assists the Sales Administration Manager in reports, monitoring and building up of administrative procedures as required
