Develops a business plan and sales strategy

-Develops a business plan and sales strategy for market that ensures attainment of Company sales goals and profitability
-Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
-Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses within Egypt
-Adheres to all company policies, policies and ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
-Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
-Assists in development and implementation of marketing plans
-Controls and develops the relation with the French partner(Gemalto)
-Provides and inspire outstanding service to our customer
-Coordinates project bids with management, track and follow up
- Develops business plan
- Responsible for the performance and development of the Account Executives
- Creates and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses
-Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
-Motivates staff to achieve results
- Assists in marketing plans
- Recruits, tests and hires Account Executives based on management criteria
