Leads various teams in the development, design, operation, and administration of Facilities
related building system on a global basis. Applies best industry practices to insure safe,
efficient, and dependable system performance. Building systems may include Life Safety, HVAC,
Electrical, AV, Office Equipment, and Database systems and computer based monitoring and
control systems. Supporting building mechanical, electrical, monitoring and control systems on a
worldwide basis. Responsibilities include critical data center systems as well as standard
building operating systems in addition to:
1. Consults with RFM’s (Regional Facilities Managers) and FTS (Facilities Technical Services)
Manager on the design and operation of multiple building systems at multiple
geographic locations.
2. Consults with the FTS Manager to identify and implement long range planning and goals
for all Global Facilities Building systems.
3. Reviews and approves all capital and expense request for new building systems or
modifications to existing building systems. Approves all projects related to changes to
building systems.
4. Anticipates Building Systems requirements by monitoring and reviewing critical building
systems status and performance through monitoring and control dashboards and
recommends replacement or corrective action to RFM’s and FTS Manager.
5. Develops standard equipment specifications and recommendations for Building systems
and monitors compliance with standards.
6. Act as a Technical PM (Project Manager) role for facilities projects that involve
significant Building System impact.
7. Maintain complete knowledge and understanding of Facilities monitoring and control
systems at an experienced user level. Capable of taking independent action through
BMS to resolve emergency situations. Capable of monitoring and analyzing Building
system data to effectively support key business decision process.
8. Assigned as a number one or two position on; depends on area and time; the Facilities
Responder emergency call list and will develop and maintain standard process
guidelines for all emergency responders.
9. Active participant in responsible area Facilities emergency response post-mortems.

- Reporting directly to the Regional Facility Manager of Armenia, Egypt, France, Italy, Morocco and Spain.

- Managed day-to-day operational activities for Egypt Branch (total area equal to 6951 m2) such as maintenance, security, cleaning, pest control, landscaping, valet service, catering service (more than 30 personnel).

- Respond to facilities requests by myself or recommend use of subcontractors, obtain management approval, implement project, and follow through to completion.

- Follow a set of guidelines and policies related to the facilities management.

- Prepare maintenance plan for the entire premises and oversee the development of predictive, preventive, and reliability centered maintenance programs, including maintenance check sheets, maintenance logic decision trees, and predictive maintenance techniques and related engineering analysis.

-Maintain a safe work environment; ensure security, health, safety and code compliance for area of responsibility; meet with the code officials (fire, building, etc.) to address concerns and provide recommendations.

-Supervise and coordinate subcontractors for assigned areas of responsibility and monitor long and short-term service contracts including: landlord, security, food services, construction, cleaning, real estate brokers etc. to ensure continual operations with minimal down time.

- Assist in the preparation of the team annual budget, estimates staffing and capital equipment needs based upon recent trends and planned activities, monitor expenditures after budget adoption, prepare requisitions for purchase of material or supplies.
-Participate in managing building space allocation and layout, and help in achieving the required teams’ movements.

-Participate in different facilities project world-wide such as: Egypt, Morocco, Ireland, USA, Pakistan, France and Armenia.

-Helping in other European Facilities and helping the WW Infrastructure Manager in different branches in Europe, Middle East, Pakistan and India.
