Teeba is currently owned by (IDJ) a joint venture between Almarai and PepsiCo, Teeba Investment’s portfolio has included a comprehensive range of dairy products. Today, subsequent to IDJ’s acquisition, the product line has grown to encompass Almarai goods; in addition to a wide selection of juice flavors manufactured under PepsiCo’s juice brand Tropicana.
• Managed Ultra Filtration (UF) Labneh prototype project by working hand in hand with Tetra Pack and guiding them on the needed modifications to make the machine work efficiently. Currently, Teeba is leading the Jordanian market in Labneh taste and quality-wise.
• Revamped Tropicana Juice Factory operations through proper strategic plans and successful restructuring of departments
• Minimized LIP by 5% all through well thought of KPIs
• Managed to minimize machines maintenance budget by 20% due to regular maintenance checks and follow-ups and rearrangement of priorities
• Tropicana Juice factory has been awarded by AMENA PepsiCo a Quality Award during the unannounced AIB audit on October 2017, all due to team commitment and adherence to revised policies and procedures
• Increased plant manufacturing efficiency from 65% to 85%
• Managed to keep factory related quality complaints by less than one in a million
• Successful restructuring for Engineering and project department in both Dairy and Juice Factory

• Engineering Management of site (Facilities, Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Maintenance, Capital projects, Spare Parts)
• Leading the safety agenda, working in close collaboration with HSE
• Lead and deploy a strong maintenance reliability program, to improve equipment performance and reduce breakdowns contributing to OEE losses and downtime.
• Develop and deploy a comprehensive environmental sustainability program, focused on energy & water reduction, renewable energy opportunities
• Engineering budget management with an obsessive drive on cost control & efficiency (Engineering OPEX & Capex)
• Leads Capital Projects on the Manufacturing, Warehouses, Farms Sites
• Strong collaboration with the Operations Technology function, driving the digital strategy for the site
• Develop and maintain Engineering and Maintenance competency, including technical and management competencies, talent review, career and succession planning, Build Team: Hire, coach, develop and build capability for Engineering Team
• Ensure optimum decisions are made/implemented regarding factory assets (including investment cycle), in alignment with Market Business Strategy. Manage engineering and maintenance data accordingly.
Handling the installation and integration of the various components of the production line covering all project phases.
Providing technical support/ supervision as needed to clarify various issues encountered during the installation, and ensure its compliance with related technical standards and principles.
Handling the commissioning phase to ensure that the various components installed within the production line function properly.
Handling the knowledge transfer of mechanical engineering principles relevant to the area of work, through conducting training sessions to Mechanical Engineers/ team members.
Providing care and servicing for the purpose of maintaining equipment and facilities in satisfactory operating condition by providing systematic inspection and correction of incipient failures either before they occur or before they develop into major defects using planned preventive maintenance to avoid or mitigate the consequences of failure of equipment
Perform major overhaul for machines with over than 70000 working hours.
Handling maintenance crew training to apply technical maintenance procedures and inspections to assure the high performance of machines.
Help the customer to build the spare parts inventories, Perform scheduled spare parts assessments and maintenance supplies
Identifying project's scope as well as project's phases, sub-tasks and milestones associated within each phase while assigning timeframes and deadlines.
Identifying and allocating project resources in terms of manpower, tools, cost… etc.
Developing project control procedures, and ensuring they are being properly followed
Following up on the implementation while ensuring the proper and timely execution of the developed work plan.
Preparing comprehensive and detailed status and progress reports periodically.
Developing quality control procedures and validation protocols to be adopted throughout various quality control related activities.
Investigating problems and failures in the production line as well as any related modifications.
Collecting required data, validating the information provided by others, and conducting analysis and evaluation according to the developed validation protocols.
•The development Maintenance and revision of Jordan Aviation approved vendors and service facilities file to secure an optimum network of material and service sources worldwide. Selecting and analyzing quotations.
•The establishment of complete spare part inventories including expendable spares and overhauled major spare parts and the Airbus, Boeing modification kits and keeping control of the spares validity.
•The preparation of purchase orders for the materials and service in accordance with approved requisitions.
•The establishment and operation of a reliable order follow up system.
•The development and regular revision of Jordan Aviation purchase order terms and general operating procedure for purchasing department.
•The disposal of surplus and obsolete items on regular basis and to Jordan Aviation best interests.
•The establishment and administration of a purchasing library conclude all pertinent catalogues, price lists, manuals, sales bulletins
•The arranging of long terms agreements for different cases such as aircraft jet motors ( repair, exchange or loan)
