• assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements, budget performance, and interim required financial reporting as well as accounts analysis and reconciliations,
• Review and analyse financial statements for necessary tax adjustments and prepare periodic tax reports,
• Accumulate, analyse, and process financial accounting data to prepare tax returns, estimated tax payments, forecasts, and financial accounting estimates of tax,
• Making monthly forecast for cash collection during the month,
• Preparing Aging report and client SOA and distributed for over 200 clients,
• Follow-up for payment collecting locally and internationally,
• Follow-up internally across ten companies with business leaders to resolve any disputes raise with clients,
• Making suggestion to improve collection and credit control cycle,
• Maintain credit control process before dealing with any client to ensure all invoices can be collected and making sure the company will note lose from this business.
• Following-up with insurance company for client insurance and their limit, and making sure of escalating any disputes invoices for insurance company,
• Reporting for the group Credit in controller in UK for monthly collection,
• Established communications with clients to ensure timely payment
• Manage AP team to ensure operational excellence in delivery of day to day AP activities,
• Responsible for of all AP accounting processes, ensuring books are up-to date and show accurate position,
• Accountable for all AP controls within team, making sure to prevent duplicate payments, mitigate fraud risk and ensure regulatory requirements met (e.g. Tax compliance),
• Supplier Accounts Reconciliation: Review and Reconcile supplier accounts and supplier statements, reconcile the balance payable / due, resolve discrepancies with suppliers; to ensure accurate accounts payable at any point of time,
• Fund requirements: Review bank statements and monitor the balances, raise Fund Requests to line manager to arrange fund to ensure all payment paid on time,
• Accounting Process Improvements: Provide suggestions to improve the accounting policies & procedures, and control systems,
• Compliance & Audit: Ensure that all Payments, reports and statement comply with company policy procedures and accepted practices.
• Responsible for all Tax transaction in company and with other parties Acts as the point of contact and works closely with internal departments and Business Units’ direct and indirect taxation matters,
• Reviewing the tax compliance, tax reporting and tax filing requirements for the Group,
• Assisting with the establishment of appropriate tax systems and processes regarding pending laws, tax policies, industry changes, trends and best practices,
• Ensuring of booking and recording liability in same month.
•Preparing financial statements and disclosure notes in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and other statutory requirements,
•Monitor all general ledgers accounts together with costing efforts and their supporting transaction documents in addition to periodic reporting to management regarding the financial status of the establishment,
•Develop and implement all aspects of financial accounting activities such as invoicing, payroll, management and payment of suppliers and customer credit in accordance with company policies,
•Prepare, complete, review and submit tax returns within the filing deadlines in compliance with tax laws,
•Scrutinize transfer vouchers, journal vouchers, cash/bank vouchers, adjustment vouchers invoices, receivables/payable and revenue reports,
•Debtors and Creditors Control, supervision of accounts payable and accounts receivable teams.
•Preparation of weekly and monthly bank reconciliation statements, and
•Preparation of monthly & quarterly cash flow forecast to ensure efficient cash management and funds availability to meet on-going operational and capital investment requirements.
