Ballestra Design Unit For Production of Sulphonic Acid & SLES Which Consists of:
1- Air Drying Section.
2- Sulfur Melting Section.
3- SO2 gas generator Section.
4- SO2/SO3 gas converter Section.
5- SO3 gas cooling Section.
6- Multi-Tubed Sulphonation Film reactor Section.
7- Vacuum Neutralizer for production of SLES 70% Section.
8- Exhaust SO3 gas treatment Sections.
Processing by PLC & SCADA Systems.
CMB Complex Plant is a complex plant consists of 6 production units:
1- Oil Bleaching, Refining, and Deodorizing, of Crude Oils.
2- Oil Splitting Unit (to produce crude fatty acids + Sweet water "Water + Glycerol").
3- Crude Fatty Acids Distillation Unit.
4- Sweet Water Purification Unit to produce Purified Sweet Water.
5- Sweet Water Concentration Unit to produce Crude Glycerol.
6- Glycerol Distillation Unit.
All 6 units connected in a complex dealing with High Pressure Steam Generators, Water Demineralizer, Oil Boiler, and Processing through PLC & SCADA Systems.
Dealing with analysis and Documentation for all Raw Materials, Intermediate Crude Fatty Acids and Crude Glycerol, and Finished Products including:
1- Crude & RBD Oils.
2- Crude & Distilled Fatty Acids.
3- Sweet Water (Oil Splitting Water) & Crude and Distilled Glycerol.
4- Sulphonated and Sulphated matters Raw materials.
5- Sulphonic Acid & SLES finished products.
6- Boiler Water & Demineralized Water Analysis
