sites including 2 port facilities and 2 crush plants )
from inception to commissioning

continue to support the initiative to meet ISA 18.2

EPCM Project includes Upgrading and installation of a new distillation line, a new concentration columns, and the revamping of absorption sector including ammonia receiving station, in addition to installing about 650 pipe line for the new building and to connect it to the existing units with a total of 250 new and existing instruments and valves to increase the production capacity from 130, 000 ton/year to be 200, 000 ton/year
Acting as Technical office for all E&I work

Coordination between E&I contractor and other disciplines as well as the employer
Hold regular follow up meetings to check adherence to project overall schedule

Trained all employees on Electrical Safety Policy
Trained electricians on various topics
Completed a Short Circuit Analysis, Selectivity Study & Arc Flash Analysis in cooperation with 3rd party
Revamped an unused obsolete steam turbine generator set including synchronization with the National Electrical Grid in cooperation with 3rd parties
Completed expansion projects within the company starting from design through to programming and visualization
Assisted in various commissioning projects for our company at Germany
