Monitor and supervise health activities, evaluating progress through outputs and impacts using both quantitative and qualitative data.
•Frame and report promptly any operational concerns to line manager and Health Advisor (Medical comity).
•Define the implementation sites needs in terms of medical equipment in coordination with project management and concerned parties.
•Facilitate regular meetings to assist information sharing between project staff and local partner, to ensure all staff members are aware of project objectives and current work plans and to provide the opportunity for feedback.
•Monitor, evaluate and record training activities for end users.
•Evaluate the current workflow with the needed changes in future workflow according to MOH, RMS, KHCC, NWHCC: National woman’s Health Care Center, R&R.
•Organize, develop and obtain training procedure manuals, course materials and products demonstrations.
•Implement and train end users on Billing system and stock management system. Configuration of billing touch points.
•Leading a team out of 8 during project implementation in hospital pharmacies and Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they are being provided is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed.

Main job duties:
•Arranging & managing client visits including round table discussion meetings with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams.
•Developing strategies and techniques to increase market opportunities.
