▪ Visits factories and prepares reports if required and gives approval.

and about the implementation of HSE plan in case there is any shortage.
▪ Receiving and commenting all HSE related submissions documents such as (HSE Monthly
report, Weekly reports, Incident Investigation Report, Near Miss Report, HSE
Risk Assessment, Scaffold Checklist, Tower Cranes Inspection Checklist and Hoist Inspection
Checklist etc...).
▪ Following the closure HSE NCR and deficiency.
▪ Observing the status of Housekeeping.
▪ Observe the labours and tools safety requirements.
▪ Observing the Firefighting system implementation.

• Prepare the project quality plan and all quality-related documentation as per the QMS requirements.
• Responsible for the overall management of quality assurance and quality control activities of the projects and has the authority to act on behalf of SAC for all site QA/QC matters at the site.
