• Implement company safety policy, procedure and client HSE plan.
• Implementation and monitoring the HSE manual and contract specific HSE procedures in accordance with client HSE management system.
• Implementation and maintains of safety management system as per local law and responsibility for overall control of all HSE related issues.
• Inspection of lifting equipment such as crane, forklift, lifting gears and maintains their valid load certificates
• Conduct safety induction, TBT and specific training for all personnel and maintain records.
• Health and safety requirements as well as environment.
• Inspection of scaffolding from safety of view, power tools, hand tools and temporary electrical installation and surveillance of radiation safety.
• Ensure proper personal protective equipment, housekeeping and emergency procedures plan etc.
• Preparation of monthly & weekly site safety report.
• Arrange all type of work permits and ensure that work permit system is forward whenever required.
• Preparation written safety bulletins and instructions (safety sings and notices)
• Classification, identification and implementation of colour code system.
• Operation and using all fire fighting system.
• Implement waste management systems, as per ISO 14001, and local laws.
• Accidents, incidents and near misses. (Investigations& reporting).
• Conducts weekly walk-down with site management and trending analysis graphs help for proper safety audits.
• Conducts weekly safety committee to safety officers and prepared minutes of the same for proper pertinent document filing.
• Conducts weekly / monthly safety meeting with all parties.
• Ensure that all Medical/ First Aid facilities are adequate and properly maintained and checked periodically.
• Constantly inspects jobsite to discover unsafe act and condition and to rectify the same before it can cause accidents / incidents.
