 Proposed an innovative solution to address shortcomings in the company invoicing system using Crystal Report, leading to improved processing of invoices, returns and customer statements .
 Develop and improve GL reports (Trial balance, B&L, Balance Sheet) using Crystal Report.
 Coordinating in preparation of Balance Sheet and Taxes by summarizing expenses and revenues and others.
 Reduced collection risks by sending out accurate customer statements after matching company invoices against customer’s delivery notes
 Reducing the incidence of bad debts by reconciling uncollected invoices and following up on unsettled balances
 Creating strong relationships with customers by accurately responding to their inquiries and resolving their problems
 Maintaining an up-to-date billing system and accounts receivable customer files and records, allowing customer problems to be resolved more efficiently
 Following up cheques under collection and ensuring that returned cheques collected

- Preparing Sales invoices
- Checking customer’s debts before delivering the customer’s order
- Ensuring that finished goods shipped to the customers are matched with the actual invoices issued to the customers
- Ensuring that goods received by warehouse are matched with the actual invoices from the suppliers
- Performing physical stock checks at all the plant and highlight variances to the management
- Recording fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system and calculating its depreciations
- Carrying out payroll processing tasks for over 80 employees
- Controlling petty cash account and recording expenses journal entries

- Creating an inventory system using Excel sheets in which prevented theft and decreased cashier overages/shortages
- Reconciling petty cash fund daily to ensure funds were used in accordance to company’s standard operating procedures
- Preparing payroll for over 60 employees

- Preparing U.S Journal Entries of all accounts, General Ledger and Trial Balance
- Preparing Income Statements and Balance Sheets
- Preparing individual, partnership, corporate and other types of tax returns
