Junior System Administrator: January 2013 - Present

• Implements, install, configure, updates, monitors, supports, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing and new systems.
• Install, configure, and manage virtual machine resources
• Support company's cloud systems and environments with installations, configurations, patching, network and VLAN configuration, security configuration, DB and file backups, systems monitoring, and alerts
• Deliver continuous improvement of recipes, scripts and templates for deployment of cloud systems
• Share responsibility for providing support for users and (clients if needed)
• Keep current on relevant technologies, while always searching for the next emerging solution
• Secure the operations and data of the Bloom applications against theft, loss or disasters.
• Troubleshoot and maintain environment characteristics, including: server characteristics, logical disk layout, standard storage and servers' configurations and storage network configurations.
• Identify and schedule routine maintenance events for our environments.
• Deploy and manage associated application platforms used to manage the environment.
• Environment uptime that exceeds SLA metrics.
• Manage the integration of cloud based authentication and authorization systems with the Enterprise's directory system.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned by his direct manager.
