Employee Service Data
- Address all issues pertaining to operations from HR
- Ensures all HR services and requests are provided within the turnaround time
- Constantly meet the ops staff to have the HR presence
- Ensure data accuracy and maintains the HRMS under all manpower suppliers.
- Ensure the HR trackers are update on time such as Off and On boarding tracker, Employee data and personal files are updated.
- General Weekly meeting with op leads and review of Manpower report with the team
GOSI Responsibility:
- Maintain and ensure records of all GOSI subscriptions
- Verify accuracy of employee information on GOSI addition and deletion maintenance
- Stay abreast with Saudi Labor Law and GOSI regulations. Advise on possible impact of changes to company HR policies.
- Contribute to developing an effective culture at the organization, upholding company values and staff morale.
Medical Insurance:
- Compare and constantly be updated with the medical insurance policies and costing
- Validate the invoices and ensure the addition and deletion is on time
- Imitate timely renewals to avoid disruption in services



Payroll
- Oversees the complete KSA Payroll along with the payroll rep and HR Manager before finalizing it to UAE HO.
- Ensures timely disbursement of reports to sponsors and Finance teams along with the payroll rep
- Ensures strict adherence to accuracy and abides by the procedure guiding the payroll process
- Supports and guides the payroll representative in timely completion of the monthly payroll

Vendor Invoicing
- Supervise and validate all the Vendor Invoice Process along with the team
- Ensure timely processing and submission of payment sheet to UAE
- Ensure Invoice Record maintenance and hardcopy filing accuracy and to maintain a monthly status report
Outsource Vendor Relationship Management
- Partner and build a strong relationship with all sponsors.
- Conduct periodic meeting with Outsource vendors and address issues.
- Conduct a annual performance report on the Outsource vendor.
- Sourcing the market for new Outsource vendor compare costing, services and performances.
- Escalate any vendor performance issues to UAE Team on time
Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment process full cycle. (LinkedIn)
- Maintain updated recruitment tracker sheets along with the team
- Periodic review on manpower with HRM.
- Address and validate the new requirements from the concerned teams before hiring.
- Set up robust recruitment model supporting the business
General
- Daily/weekly update to UAE HR Team
- Liaise with the HR team for all policies procedures and day to day functioning.
- Implement and lead any HR project initiated from the HQ
- Practice and implement the UAE HR vision in KSA
- Ensure a 100% compliance to ZOHO (internal HR System) Data wise and for HR Services

Operations:
- Handling day-to-day HR operations including staffs’ relations issues, work complaints, staffs’ grievances…etc…
- Creating new staff ID in HR system, and register his salary and other benefits on the system.
- Prepare and maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
- Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
- Schedule and conduct new employee orientations.

Payroll:
- Handling and supervising staff attendance software, making sure all attendance is crosschecked for error-free payroll.

- Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases.
- Revising labor law for new regulations i.e. Article 41 and calculate & update salaries accordingly.
- Liaise with Finance. Dept. for bank file uploading and WPS compatibility.
- Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions.

Recruitment:
- Coordinating with Ops. Management staff requirement and deliver it according to the approved budget.
- Supervise recruitment and hiring process, including pooling, interviewing, selection, salary negotiation, hiring & onboarding.
- Maintain all paperwork and records and register it on HR system.
- Giving priority to Saudi national hiring to comply with new rules of Ministry of Human Resources and Saudization percentage.
- Benefits from HRDF (TAQAT) employment which is saving approx. 30% of local staff salary.
- Seasonal staff hiring through 3rd party recruitment providers.
Performance Management:
- Provide advice, guidance and support to managers on all performance management matters.
- Drive organizational performance through effective and timely performance management processes.
- Work closely with employees to facilitate and monitor the annual performance review process and provide advice and guidance where necessary to managers.
- Support and co-ordinate internal promotions process, including all logistics of assessment centers and design.

- Monitoring HR staff cost (CTC) relatively to GP & GS within the approved budget.
- keeping other accruals below the approved average to not impact total cost.

- Asset management with efficiency.

Administrations:
- IQAMA renewals, MOL licenses, JAWAZAT fees…etc…
- GOSI Addition/ Deletion.
- Preparing paperwork and outside tasks for PROs.
- Monitoring Nitaqat & Ajeer system numbers.
- Issuing working Visas and COC electronic attestations.
- ERE visas, Exit Visas, IQAMA printing, ERE extensions…etc…

- Supervising tasks related to the personnel for the employees, this includes attendance, circulars, gate passes, IDs, vacations, timesheets, memos, ticketing, accommodation, IBAN Numbers, warning letters, disciplinary actions... etc. in addition to the issuance of all employees' working permits, residence certificates, passports renewal, licenses renewal, visitors visit visa, and other formal papers related to the employees.
