•Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
•Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants
•Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary

•Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
•Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
• Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries documents and reports in SAP system
• Maintain system of accounts and keep records on all company transactions and assets.
• Implement accounting procedures and processes as identified by the parent company.
• Reviews Accounts Receivables/Payables and weekly payment runs.
. Check the aging reports from SAP system .
• Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves the transactions within designated limits.
• Preparation of Budgets, forecasts and financial reports on regular basis.
• Review reports and analysis projections of sales & operating income against actual figures.
• Monitor cash balances and requirements.
• Prepare and present cash flow forecast.
• Prepare cash analytics required by investors and management.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes including developing financial targets.
• Coordinate internal reporting and development of management reporting and analysis of the Company’s financial and operating performance.
- Manage the finance and accounting function to deliver step changes in effectiveness and efficiency.
- Monitor and control all GL accounts.
- Hold the responsibility of the accounting check list for all (AR, AP, inventory, cash, bank & fixed assets.
- Prepare monthly Balance sheet analysis.
- Familiar with financial accounting monthly closing analysis, reports& reconciliations.
- Preparation of Budgets, forecasts and financial reports on regular basis .
Co-ordinate and participate in the preparation of the Operations section of the company plan. This will include preparation of production expenses, variable costs, capital expenditure and stock management, as well as operations and quality statistics.
Assist operations Manager to identify opportunities to reduce costs and optimize assets within the planning process and on an ongoing basis.
Reporting
Produce monthly manufacturing cost (Process, Support, Other) and stock management reports. This should include regular, monthly, internal management reporting and quarterly and Year end estimates for UK reporting.
To proactively assist in the design and implementation of information and control systems required to support Operations management and financial control.
Hyperion
Ensure production statistics are input into the system each quarter and for the Coplan.
