• Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company's business plan Directs department to achieve objectives established in the Company’s Strategic Plan.
2. -Responsible for providing an annual Sales Plan and providing quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the Plan
3. Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts. As needed, coordinates planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the firm.
4. Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
5. Works to ensure all sales organization objectives are assigned in a timely fashion.
6. Coordinates training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel in the sales organization supported.
7. Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives.
8. Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.
9. Develops and/or maintains and improves business relations with all customers of the Company.
10. Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
11. Playing a key role in making something latest and constructive.

• PPCE considiring now from the top 3 companies in Egypt offer Payroll and Hr services.
• Close deals with big multinational names like Vodafone Egypt, SGS Egypt, Philips Egypt.
• Achieve the target of the year 2012, 85 companies with total sales of 3000000 LE.

Head of Sales Department في PPCE - E Payroll Solution

• Responsibilities:

1. Develop and establish the Payroll online concept in the Egyptian market.
2. Establish business contacts and relationships with potential clients with sales team.
3. Approaches potential clients with proposed business solutions, explaining the merits and value added features of the proposed solution
4. Develops and negotiates sales contracts with agreed time line implementation in conjunction with the relevant CRM and General Manager.
5. Records, tracks and manages the overall sales process using the organization’s standard sales and contact management system. Provide timely and appropriate reporting relating to the status of the sales team pipeline including projections of projected revenues.
6. Maintain direct responsibility for business development and the sales of the organization’s products through client networking, product presentations and building relationships with key industry personnel.
7. Prior to product features presentation and in the pre-proposal phase, coordinates with the CRM to ensure relevant resources are available.
8. Ensures reporting and communications are frequent and bi-directional for sales team
9. Assists with the planning of sales exhibitions, attends Trade Shows. Participate in education and training conferences on selling and marketing programs.
10. Keep informed on any new products, services, emerging technological trends and other general information of interest to clients
11. Develop and agrees financial targets with the General Manager for sales team
12. Provide all the required information and reports as per the schedule, monthly sales team reports, and client feedback reports as per the company reporting process.
13. Responsible for the performance and development of the sales team
14. Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures


Achievements:
• Build very strong environment for the new concept of the Online Payroll service in the Egyptian market with very strong sales team(6 Direct sales)
• Achieve the target of the year 2010, 60 companies with total sales of 2000000 LE
• Achieve the target of the year 2011, 70 companies with total sales of 2300000 LE.
• Created a new structure for the pricing modules.
• Create and add a new service for the PPCE services.
