I am responsible of providing overall management, administration of Command & Control Center (CCC) and
support the Security Director in the provision a high level of 911 CCC practice.
In addition to the Supervision and Management of the tasks and responsibilities of a KAUST 911 Dispatcher,
Supervisor, and lead, which I'll list below; my position now makes me accountable of managing all Security
Systems utilized by the department.
Responsible for the inter-cooperation and communication between KAUST Security, Communications
department and Government Affairs during major events and VIP visits.
Required to manage all technical Security systems, staffing, logistics and staff development for the entire
spectrum of 911/CCC functions.
Responsible for the production, promulgation and revision of all procedures and workflows both within the
911/CCC and to our stakeholders, including other Security Department Managers to ensure common
understanding and operational delivery of Security Services to KAUST.
Required to participate in the University’s annual emergency response drills preparation and execution across
all three services (Security/Fire/Medical) to ensure the University is assessed and verified fully operational in
providing the three services.
Provide support and review all University project designs and provide the necessary Security input to those
