-Creating Proactive trouble tickets according to NOC processes
-Creating Reactive trouble tickets upon Customer request
-Initiate spare replenishment as needed
-Conduct First Level Troubleshooting of complex issues
-Conduct daily technical review sweeps on IP to ensure proactive account
-service assurance management.
-Assist Field Engineers on Corrective Maintenance when required; approve Corrective Maintenance -Reports and provide Green Light to the Field Engineers when a Corrective Maintenance is concluded.
-Manage Field Support resources to ensure Preventative Maintenance is conducted for all customer accounts.
-Mentoring and Training Level 1 Engineers
-Track common failures in account Technical Solutions
-Cisco Routers and switches configuration.
-Brocade Routers and switches configuration.
-Juniper switches configuration.
-Install and maintain network hardware and software.
-Analyze and isolate issues.
-Supervises technical staff that are responsible for district-wide data networks and computer and network operations
-Ensures acceptable levels of performance in networked systems
-Assures that software and firmware is at current revision levels
-Manages institutional budgeting and purchasing activities for technology procurement.
