Review the Files after the team work to Ensure that the written Comments are true and there is no other comment.
Approved cases on the System
Ensure correct data entry for complete application.
Verify validity of Maintenance requests before implementation.
Obtain necessary LOB approval if required.
Proceed with card blocking & reactivation .
Performs all Credit card maintenance (replacement, change address,
Financial transaction on card level…….etc.).
Perform tasks within TAT.
Ensure proper filling for all Issuance/ maintenance actions with all Supported Documents.
Proceed with Manual entries channeled through settlement unit.
Monthly printing of credit card statements & MIS preparation.
Prepare Cards Delivery reports.
Make the Clearance letter & Certificate of Liability as per collection approval.
Supervise Launching Covered card First Islamic credit card in Egypt.
Supervised a team to ensure complying with the Operations Compliance
Policies as well CBE regulations.
Set the schedule of work and manage priorities in line with customer’s
Expectations.
Monitor & Develop the team’s productivity/performance relevant to error & quality & and upgrading THEIR skills.
Working closely with product and policy departments to identify gaps in the
Operational process, product manual guidelines, credit policy and
Recommend Modifications to improve quality, performance and competitiveness of the bank’s Products and services.
