* Worked as IT Project Manager leading a team of 10+ IT specialists to plan and implement different projects, including Hybrid identity and Single-Sign-On (SSO), MS Active Directory, Migration to Microsoft 365, Migration to Asterisk PBX, SIP Trunking, VPN connectivity.
* Standardized, secured and managed several systems in Niagara’s five locations, containing 5 server rooms, 1500+ PCs, 500+ Employee and 4000+ Students.

management of a project for the Ministry of Civil Affairs with a 1, 000, 000$ budget, 400K files, 7 RFID
portals and oversaw the laying of IT infrastructure including servers, network, access points, PCs and
RFID equipment. Ensured the project was handed over to the client with appropriate training.
* Managed the full project life cycle from defining requirements, project planning, relaying project
updates, executing monthly deliverables and resolving any issues.
* Monitored and controlled project scope, schedule, resources, budgets and delivering overall project
updates to stakeholders.
