C-15 (infrastructure and residential housing):
•Supervised the site development, infrastructure, and construction of 233 residential houses with 2 stories in Jubail Industrial City; ensured Quality control and coordination with clients and consultants to achieve accomplishment of the project in highest quality as per design, codes, standards.
•Initiated weekly meetings with the Construction Manager, 12 Site Engineers and 6 QC staff regarding the progress of the project.
•Prepared variation orders, negotiated and delivered claims to the client.
•Successfully handed over the project ahead of schedule (4 months earlier).
•Redesigned the units from traditional design to pre-cast design: raft foundation with dowels (redesigned for the problem of soil bearing),

• Early Works for ARAMCO client involving construction and turnover of heavy haul roads (35 km),
• Wastewater disposal system for vessels and evaporation pond of 300, 000 sq. meters area.
• Oversaw the building of a 3 stories office area accommodating over 200 employees.
• Ensured all worksite fit design requirements and construction drawings maintaining high quality.
• Hired and trained over 400 tradespeople; provided advice to improve performance and production, and daily supervision to ensure work timeframe was being followed.
