• Convert current version of Alshamel Pro from Sybase anywhere database to oracle database adding integration between modules (Sales, Purchasing, GL, Fixed assets and Production) with a new GUI.
• Lead a team to develop a new Manufacturing System from scratch.

Senior Software Developer in Vertika co. (one of Kandil Group® companies), the main activity of the company is to customize ERP software of its partner Verticent® America (A leader company in developing ERP solution in USA) using Sybase® Power Builder, Vertika also a distributor to Vericient® in Middle East and South Europe area.

- Activities
• Part of outsourcing team that makes modifications on Verticent® ERP-plus for customers in US and worldwide (Using Sybase PB, Microsoft SQL, ASP, VB and COM+).
• Customizing Verticent® ERP-plus package for local customers in Egypt.
• (Package includes Distribution, Manufacturing, Financials and Sales Force Automation).
• Developing Version 11.0 from Verticent® ERP-plus using Microsoft visual studio 2008(VSTS) in share with Verticent® partners (USA, Egypt, India and Thailand)
• Deliver training to my colleagues; after receiving training from Verticent® in Tampa Florida, USA on their ERP-Plus package and advanced MSSQL tools.
• Participated to get CMMI \[level2\] certificate as a technical team leader in two projects.
• Design and Develop many tailored applications for local customers in Egypt (Desktop and web based) using Microsoft® .NET and Sybase PB.
• Collecting Customers Requirements, Share Project managers in writing the Requirement Documents.
• Applying Visual studio team system as R&D project.
