Working as Sales Engineer at Zain Group ( Mada’s Co.), Internet Service Provider :
-provide qualified leads and book appointments for the sales team to generate new business
-follow up marketing campaigns and events to generate new prospect leads by telephone, identifying and qualifying opportunities for new business
-engage and interact with decision makers at a senior level to identify new and emerging business opportunities
-build effective relationships with potential clients, by use of appropriate questioning, clarification and language
-Identify and qualify opportunities for cross selling ZAIN products / services to generate business and increase profitability
-communicate courteously with all customers by telephone, email and face to face, building positive relationships.
-deal appropriately with queries received via the telephone and / or email and provide written or oral responses to confirm the information or outcome
-maintain and update records in our CRM system accurately and in accordance with data protection requirement

- Upgrade Wimax (VOIP) Routers Systems.
- Hardware Maintenance and ensure readiness of Wimax Routers to work.
Solve technical problems through working at Zain as customer service advisor - Call center section
1-Analyze network KPI's and improve it by monitoring daily statistics.
2-Enhance network coverage by planning for new site.
3-Perform drive testing and generates reports with recommended solutions.
4-Detection and 2G troubleshooting for dropped calls, blocked calls, HO failures, and interference.
5-Analysis of log Files for coverage, drop call, Block call issues.
6-Detection and troubleshooting for dropped calls, blocked calls, HO failures, pilot pollution, and coverage (RSCP).
7-Analysis for interference and pilot pollution using spectrum analyzer.
8-Techniocal Site servuy to define the physical parameter such as Azimuth, Tilt, antenna hight, .. etc. using MapInfo and GoogleEarth.
9-Generate technical reports and KPI's.
